The Subcontracts Lead works closely with Program Management, Supply Chain, Contracts, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and Operations to ensure subcontracts are competitively awarded, properly administered, and compliant with prime contract requirements, applicable regulations, and V2X policies. This mid‑level position supports the full subcontract life cycle-from solicitation through closeout-for a variety of services, materials, and construction efforts, including work performed in contingency and fast‑paced operational environments (e.g., OCONUS, austere locations, and surge/rapid‑response missions).
