IPC-620, and J-STD-001 qualifications • Experience with electromechanical build processes including iron & hot-air soldering; wire crimping and stripping; machine and hand drilling, shaping, cutting, and joining; 3D plastic printing • Electrical debug tools including multimeter, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer • Experience with software including: Windows and Linux operating systems; SVN and git configuration control; JIRA, Confluence, and TeamCenter content management systems; Altium, Mentor, NX computer-aided design; Python and BASH scripting; text-based and graphical user interfaces; hand truck and forklift. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Build high-quality wire harnesses, PCBAs, test racks, robotics, and environmental simulation equipment • Support production and qualification by troubleshooting hardware and software, updating documentation, training line technicians, and performing schedule maintenance • Manage workload in order to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and respond to critical requests • Interpret a variety of sources ranging from controlled, released documentation to informal sketches • Identify design gaps; ask directed questions, and apply skill and experience to resolve them, and update documentation to prevent recurrence • Maintain clean, stocked, and orderly work area.
