Ability to physically perform the essential duties of the role as required, and to work in the environmental conditions required, such as: standing, walking, sitting for long periods of time, speaking loudly and clearly, seeing and hearing things both near and far away; fine finger and hand manipulation in the use of a computer, chalkboard, and/or dry erase. This role involves developing and implementing Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Goals, progress monitoring, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure each student’s academic, emotional, and social growth, and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
