p>Preferred Doctoral degree in educational leadership, administration, or a related field Experience leading a public charter school or multi-campus organization Track record of relationship-building with diverse stakeholders, including staff, families, and community partners Experience with whole-child instructional models and data-driven school improvement Experience securing grants, philanthropic support, or other non-public funding sources Demonstrated ability to lead change while maintaining organizational stability and culture. Master's degree in education, leadership, business, or a related field At least three years of experience as a superintendent, executive director, or senior school leader Demonstrated success in organizational leadership, including budgeting and operations Strong understanding of Texas education law, TEA accountability, and charter school governance Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across a range of stakeholders.
