Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with 0-5 years of experience gained through internships, co-ops, academic projects, military service, or professional engineering roles. Experience supporting military, aerospace, nuclear, industrial control, actuator, or other highly regulated products is a plus, as is familiarity with MIL-STD-461, IEEE 323, and IEEE 344.
