Responsibilities: The incumbent is an experienced, hands-on technician, responsible for supporting injection molding operations, tooling performance, hot runner systems, mold troubleshooting, process stability, and production efficiency. Identify and resolve molding defects such as flash, short shots, burns, splay, sink, voids, dimensional variation, contamination, gate issues, and cosmetic defects.
