What your day-to-day will look like: General exterior maintenance - minor masonry work, minor repairs of patio furniture, exterior adjusting/tightening/replacing light fixtures, replacing lightbulbs, patch, and paint (railings, exterior walls, tables, and chairs, etc.). You will perform routine repairs, maintenance, restoration, and component replacement on building exterior structures, bollards and safety barriers, outdoor furniture, fencing and gates, exterior doors, and sports courts and athletic fields.
