Using multi-meters, amp meters and ohmmeters, troubleshoot AC/DC/VFD/servo motors, motor controllers, PLC's and rewire/ identify/replace failed components to include: motors, drives, drive boards, I/O boards, switches, transformers, contractors, relays and fuses. The equipment worked on will include but not be limited to CNC lathes, sheet metal equipment, electronic component insertion machinery, wire cutting and terminating equipment, conveyors, hoists, coil winders, electronic gates, overhead doors, and sump pumps.
