This role serves as the primary coordinator between lenders, attorneys, buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and internal staff to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely settlements. The Closing Processor is responsible for managing residential and commercial real estate transactions from title clearance through closing and post-closing.
