This role guides installs, mentors technicians, and programs and configures networks, control systems, cameras, and NVRs to deliver an intuitive, high-end client experience, while embodying our six core values: collaborative, accountable, proactive, curious, passionate, and creative. The Lead Technician/Programmer combines deep field installation expertise with advanced systems programming, taking ownership of both the physical install and the network, control, and automation programming that brings a project to life.
