That's why we're dedicated to providing a supportive, family-friendly environment where work-life balance is more than just a phrase - it's a reality.Essential Duties:<ol style="font-family:'calibri';font-size:11pt;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal"><li style="vertical-align:middle">Process residential mortgage loans under various programs in a quality consistent with all company policies and procedures as well as meeting all regulatory requirements. </li><li style="vertical-align:middle">Monitors and ensure closing dates and company deadlines are met.</li><li style="vertical-align:middle">Produce loan documents accurately and in a timely manner by using Encompass, LaserPro, or other bank programs. </li><li style="vertical-align:middle">Prepare accurate early disclosures documents and closing documents.</li><li style="vertical-align:middle">Obtains and reviews necessary loan documentation and submits complete packages to underwriting for loan approval.</li><li style="vertical-align:middle">Obtains and verifies that all underwriting conditions are received and cleared by the underwriter and prepares the file for submission to the closing department. </li><li style="vertical-align:middle">Follow-up on missing information when necessary.</li><li style="vertical-align:middle">Review loan files for accuracy.</li><li style="vertical-align:middle">Communicate with loan officers and underwriters to ensure documents are accurate. </li><li style="vertical-align:middle">Communicate with third parties (title companies, employers, buyers, sellers, etc.)</li><li style="vertical-align:middle">Notify the relevant parties when the loan processing is complete.</li></ol>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:<ol style="font-family:'calibri';font-size:11pt;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal"><li style="vertical-align:middle">Must demonstrate our core values of Integrity, Value, Service Excellence, & Teamwork.</li><li style="vertical-align:middle">Knowledge of regulations (TRID, HMDA, QM, etc.)</li><li style="vertical-align:middle">Strong communication skills (verbal and written)</li><li style="vertical-align:middle">Ability to meet deadlines</li><li style="vertical-align:middle">Detail-oriented focus</li><li style="vertical-align:middle">Organizational skills</li><li style="vertical-align:middle">Ability to multitask</li><li style="vertical-align:middle">Ability to prioritize</li><li style="vertical-align:middle">Knowledge of Encompass and LaserPro or the ability to adapt quickly to new programs/software.</li><li style="vertical-align:middle">Relationship management skills</li><li style="vertical-align:middle">Proficient in Microsoft Office</li><li style="vertical-align:middle">Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy</li></ol>Work Schedule:This position requires 40 hours each week with work typically being completed between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Weekend and evenings are required when the workload is heavy.
