Directly communicate with applicants, Loan Officers, referral clients, service providers and branch referring partners to gather and clear underwriting conditions, primarily responsible for documentation collection. Purpose: The Loan Processor- Residential is responsible for processing residential loans in an accurate and timely manner with adherence to all internal policies and procedures, as well as compliance with federal, state, local and investor guidelines.
