Active Top Secret Clearance\n Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite of Products\n Prior experience with multiple subcontract types including but not limited to Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time and Material (T&M), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Cost Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF)\n Experience with reading and understanding drawings, specifications and other engineering documents including complex SOWs\n Experience with proposals from prospective suppliers and analyze cost/price, technical capability, and financial viability, conducting investigations to ensure ability to perform within cost and schedule\n Experience working in Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) programs.\n Prepare and execute various types of agreements, such as: PIAs, Long Term Agreements, Bailment, etc.\n Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, program management, and finance, to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.\n Ensure compliance with company policies, FAR/DFARS regulations, and customer requirements in all purchasing activities.\n
