OBH administers roughly 300 provider contracts annually and this essential position assists in the financial planning, monitoring, and evaluation of substance use disorder and mental health programs and services and collaborates across OBH, the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), and other State Agencies to ensure successful implementation of services. This position drafts and develops contractual agreements to include the completion of all required language, documentation, budget reviews, and works closely with leadership, program managers, finance, and contract management on all procurement activities.
