Manages ground up construction projects, including site development, utilities, shell construction, and coordination through full building delivery and turnover Utilize and manage construction management software to manage projects and report out to the Operations, Accounting, and Development teams. Provides problem-solving input and solutions to ongoing construction issues, mitigating supply chain constraints and resequencing work or materials when needed, leading necessary actions to address delays, adverse weather conditions, or emergencies at construction sites.
