Summary: The Building and Grounds Technician I performs routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on agency buildings, grounds, vehicles, furniture, equipment, and mechanical systems for an agency that supports children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). This role supports the safe, clean, and efficient operation of agency facilities while modeling professionalism and positive interactions with staff, residents, and program participants.
