The CHYM Procurement Manager coordinates and collaborates directly with Metro Nashville implementing entities, including the departments of Finance, Law, transportation and multimodal infrastructure (NDOT), WeGo, Planning, information technology services (ITS) and others, to ensure projects meet the program's strategic direction, vision, and timelines. At least eight (8) years of relevant experience in procurement and alternative contracting, demonstrating skills and experience with Public Private Partnerships (P3), Design-Build, Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), Progressive Design-Build, Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC), Indefinite Design/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), or other methodologies.
