Job Overview: This position is responsible for the supervision of Lead Medical Technologists, Lead Medical Laboratory Technicians, Point of Care Coordinator, Registered and Registry-Eligible Medical Technologists, Registered and Registry-Eligible Medical Laboratory Technicians, Co-op Students, Tech Aide IIs, Technologist Associates and Technician Aides in Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Microbiology and Blood Bank. At TriHealth Bethesda North Hospital, you'll oversee high‑acuity clinical areas including Blood Bank, Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, and Microbiology, while partnering closely with site and system leadership to ensure quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
