What you'll do Own product development from conception to launch: Completely own your team's products, existing or new, from ideation, through development, launch, growth, and maintenance Lead and align cross-functional partners and teams: engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, business partners, and operations to drive a shared vision Develop methods for assessing product and project success and processes to increase the likelihood of it Align teams to a shared vision and steer execution on that vision Own partner concerns and issues related to your product area Support product development work outside of your core team, when necessary, to enable any dependencies that impact your product area Empower your team by providing context, setting direction, and building alignment Drive customer-driven decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution in the face of ambiguity and complexity What we're seeking Must have In your prior roles, you have had experience working in marketing You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment Have a minimum of 3 years of experience US work authorization required, we do not support visa transfers You'll need to be able to work remotely from the US or Chicago You are familiar with leading product roadmap You have experience with growth Nice to have You are familiar with coding You enjoy playing a part in design, prototyping, wireframing, UI/UX, and user research occasionally Have a BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience You have B2C experience High attention to detail with superior written and verbal communication Interested?
