p>REQUIREMENTS • Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelors Degree plus 8 years of experience in hands-on R&D experience in analytical instrumentation development • Preferred Fields of Study: Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics • Proven expertise in experimental design, data analysis, and scientific method development • Strong programming skills in Python, C++, MATLAB or similar languages • Experience with ion optics, electron microscopy, mass spectrometry or related technologies • Demonstrated ability to guide complex technical projects and mentor team members • Track record of innovation through patents, publications, and successful product launches • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams • Experience with statistical analysis and experimental design methodologies • Proficiency with scientific instrumentation and laboratory techniques • Strong documentation skills following GMP/GLP guidelines • Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally • Strong project management abilities • Knowledge of FDA/regulatory requirements and quality systems.
