The successful candidate will drive adoption of arthroplasty implants through biologic integration, develop surgeon champions, influence future and product development and establish Arthrex as the market leader in biologic-enhanced joint reconstruction. Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, operations, and third-party partners to develop and provide product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunities.
