p>About the role: We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to co-own the GTM systems roadmap alongside Business Operations, drive requirements and delivery across Salesforce CRM & CPQ, Service Cloud, billing systems, and related integrations, and bring a strong product mindset - user centricity, metrics ownership, and accountability - to everything we ship. p>Medscape, a division of WebMD, develops and hosts physician portals and related mobile applications that make it easier for physicians and healthcare professionals to access clinical reference sources, stay abreast of the latest clinical information, learn about new treatment options, earn continuing medical education credits and communicate with peers. This role focuses on the expansion of product analytics and measurement products-such as healthcare claims data and patient education insights-across various engagement and measurement data sets.
They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. As the primary product liaison to key AI partners-including Anthropic, Google, and Microsoft-you will translate external platform roadmaps into enterprise capabilities while representing Wells Fargo's priorities and requirements back to those partners.

Effectively manage projects of high complexity using available tools and data systems to identify, test and solve strategic business issues within the company data/reports, troubleshoot when there are inconsistencies and present findings to upper management.
