Bachelor's or higher-level degree in Engineering, Software Development, Business, or another applicable field • Strong proven experience in owning and guiding comprehensive product strategy and product management for safety-critical products involving hardware and software • 10+ years of experience in the ITS industry with a strong focus on traffic management/control technologies and related hardware/software products • Strong strategic vision, business acumen, financial understanding, technical savvy, and proven experience in working closely with Engineering to help commercialize product ideas and bring them to market in a timely manner • Proven experience in market research, product differentiation, and product positioning • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Experience in working with executive corporate leadership, key external entities, and external product/business partners • Ability and willingness to learn quickly, high sense of urgency, determination, and focus. • Must be able to stand, walk, squat, and bend at the waist for extended periods of time • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds (e.g., test equipment or hardware prototypes) • May require standing, bending, or reaching during hardware setup or lab testing.
