Product Vision & Strategy• Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and success metrics for Chemille• Develop and maintain a multi-year product roadmap, aligned with business priorities and user needs• Balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategic directionBacklog Management• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements for development teams• Continuously groom and refine the backlog to keep it actionable and up to dateStakeholder Management• Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, users, and the development team• Gather and synthesize input from stakeholders into product decisions• Manage expectations around scope, timelines, and trade-offsDelivery & Execution• Work collaboratively with Developers, UX/UI Designers, AI Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business requirements. Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements documentation• Comfort with usage analytics and KPI measurement• Excellent prioritization, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO), Figma, or similar tools to manage the software development lifecycle• Basic understanding of UX/UI and web technologies to enhance site usability and user satisfaction.
