This role is responsible for the reliability, security, scalability, and cost-effective delivery of enterprise technology services, while providing leadership to technical teams, managing cloud licensing and AI platforms, and ensuring effective support for business-critical systems across all company locations. Technical Experience: Working knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure and cloud services, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, virtualization, storage, backup, and disaster recovery.
