The incumbent directs and oversees the Agencys end-to-end financial-management program, including budget formulation and execution, accounting, funds control, financial reporting, internal controls, audit remediation, cost management, financial systems, and Working Capital Fund operations. The incumbent directs the formulation, justification, execution, accounting, funds control, financial reporting, and performance assessment of these resources and oversees Working Capital Fund rate development, cost recovery, revenue and expense forecasting, cash management, customer billing, and long-term financial sustainability.
