Experience with systems engineering lifecycle, roles and functions, with specific experience in one or more of the following areas: Concept of Operations (ConOps) development, capability and feature elaboration and management, program increment support, functional analysis or interface definition and control. * Elaborate capabilities and features, define system interfaces and help determine how system functional capability and performance will be validated and verified by the test team.
