What qualifications you will need: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Health Informatics, or other related field - Required Master's degree in healthcare-related field, Business Administration, Informatics, or related field - Preferred 3+ years of experience working with physician documentation workflows, clinical informatics, ambulatory and/or acute-care clinical operations, or physician-facing healthcare technology, including translating domain needs into product goals and requirements - Preferred 7+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, clinical technology, healthcare operations, or a related business role where you've led a product through discovery, development, implementation, and scale - Required Prior experience delivering digital products in complex healthcare environments and partnering with cross-functional clinical and technology teams - Preferred Demonstrated experience leading teams with multiple skillsets to fulfill a complex and aspirational business objective - Required Experience with clinical documentation technology, ambient documentation, speech/AI-enabled workflows, EHR-integrated products, or clinical informatics - Preferred Licenses, Certifications, & Training: Certified Scrum Product Owner or similar Agile certification - Preferred Relevant clinical licensure or clinical informatics certification - Preferred Work Location/Schedule: Nashville, TN area (near Centennial Park) Onsite: M-F, 8am - 5pm Travel Required: This job may require up to 25% travel. The Product Owner partners closely with physician leaders, frontline physicians, Clinical Informatics, operations, EHR and platform teams, Data/AI, engineering, privacy, security, legal, compliance, and implementation partners to ensure the product fits clinical workflows, supports appropriate documentation practices, protects patient information, and delivers a high-quality user experience.
