This role provides strategic counsel on telecommunication laws and regulations impacting network operations, including transmission requirements, network reliability, outage reporting, disaster preparedness and recovery, STIR/SHAKEN, Know Your Customer, and the Robocall Mitigation Database, while partnering closely with cross-functional business teams to enable compliant, customer-focused innovation. The position is responsible for assessing legal and regulatory risks, advising on and guiding product development, supporting compliance programs, drafting policies and operational guidance, advising on legislative developments, and delivering practical legal solutions that balance business objectives with regulatory obligations in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
