Promote a strong safety culture by: o conducting field interactions, o reinforcing safe work practices and established procedures, o addressing hazards or at-risk behaviors promptly, o supporting incident reviews and good catch follow-up, o participating in the plant safety committee, o and using the Safety Culture App to improve accountability. · Work closely with maintenance to: o identify equipment issues, o prioritize repairs, o follow the maintenance excellence program, o process work orders effectively, o support reliable operation of plant equipment, o and assist with root cause analysis and corrective solutions for equipment failures or process upsets.
