Review order backlog and finished-product inventory, coordinate manufacturing priorities and repackaging needs, and communicate effectively with Customer Service, Packaging, Shipping/Receiving, and upper management regarding production issues and requirements. Deploy and maintain quality management practices within manufacturing, including employee training, nonconforming product controls, document control, corrective/preventive action and problem-solving processes, and support of the Energy Management System (EnMS).
