The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in 3+2, 4, & true 5-axis milling, and 7 & 8-axis lathe turning, and will play a key role in quoting, Lean Manufacturing, process design, first-piece setup of new products, and problem-solving within our production environment. Create detailed machining processes, tool paths, and cutting strategies tailored for aerospace alloys (e.g., Exotics, stainless steel, aluminum) and tight tolerances of ±0.0002 / ±0.005.
