No two weeks are exactly the same — you'll work across manual lathe turning, tube cutting, TIG welding, laser welding, sandblasting, deburring, and metal finishing to produce high-volume runs of precision sensor cases. Prior experience in machining, fabrication, welding, metalworking, or a related hands-on trade is preferred but not required — all technical skills are developed through in-house training.
