If you take pride in your work and like being the person everyone can rely on, this is a great fit.What You'll Be DoingOrganizing and maintaining the warehouse so everything is clean, labeled, and easy to access<ul><li>Preparing materials and equipment for technicians each morning</li><li>Running parts to job sites when needed</li><li>Receiving, checking in, and stocking inventory</li><li>Keeping track of inventory levels and communicating when items need to be reordered</li><li>Supporting the team with whatever is needed to keep jobs moving efficiently</li><li>Helping maintain company vehicles and ensuring they are stocked properly</li><li>Working closely with office staff and technicians to stay ahead of daily needs</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Self-starter who takes ownership without needing constant direction</li><li>Reliable and consistent</li><li>Strong sense of urgency and ability to move quickly</li><li>Team-first mindset</li><li>Basic mechanical or HVAC knowledge is a plus, but not required</li><li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record</li></ul>About UsRocket Cooling is a fast-growing HVAC company built on a simple idea: do things the right way and take care of people.We've grown from a small local shop into a multi-location company across Florida by focusing on honest service, strong communication, and building real value for our customers.
