Performs other duties as assigned to maintain warehouse or facilities operations such as, but not limited to: Inclement weather duty, general service support to departments, and university event support actions; Provides outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers by considering how actions or plans will affect customers, and follows through on responsibilities to customers; Responds with appropriate urgency, flexibility, courtesy, and good judgment to meet customer needs and resolve problems; Identifies and initiates actions to support the mission and objectives, and to resolve or avoid problems; Maintains high credibility to accomplish objectives; Follows safety policies and procedures, and identifies and corrects safety hazards; Follows general university policies and procedures that are related to data stewardship and information technology security; and. Performs tasks required to maintain inventory control, which includes keeping accurate and up to date inventory records, and monitoring stock levels; Notifies users of stock and non-stock order arrivals to ensure prompt distribution; Maintains up to date records of receipts, and stock and non-stock item issues; and.
