section>Morgan Services is seeking a motivated and hands-on ProductionTeam Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our garment and flat shipping departments at our Los Angeles, CA facility.
The Team Leader will maintain a department vacation schedule, ensuring that department is properly staffed during vacation by utilizing members from other departments and controlling over-time; handles departmental member disciplinary action (1st and 2nd member reminders) and informs the Plant Manager of all disciplinary action.This position contributes to Pitchoun's success by assisting the Store Manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Supervise & develop the staff in accordance with the Store Manager, in accordance with the Pitchoun principles.
