Oversee daily Ready Mix plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable production while meeting customer demand and delivery schedules and coordinate plant personnel, including assigning daily tasks, monitoring performance, and promoting a strong culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability. This role leads plant personnel, coordinates equipment maintenance, optimizes production schedules, and supports the timely delivery of high-quality concrete products to meet customer and project requirements.
