The Business Operations Manager will serve as the primary onsite business resource, supporting bookkeeping, payroll, customer orders, ERP data, job costing, and operating metrics while partnering closely with site leadership and employees across the production floor. The right candidate will be comfortable owning a broad range of responsibilities, working directly with shop-floor employees, customers, vendors, and leadership, and ensuring that critical business information is accurate, timely, and followed through to completion.
