Ability to discern changes in fiscal programming across AFMC Mission Areas, functional, and numerous AFMC field installations, and knowledge of the relationship of the various Air Force entities involved in overall planning, programming, and budgeting to include knowledge of Program Elements and Element of Expense investment codes. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Headquarters Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) level Program Analyst, applying Air Force experience, to plan, organize, and determine necessary policies, directives, instructions, programs, and procedures for the establishment and maintenance of assigned major command program(s).
