You will also supervise and support a cross-functional compliance team, own governance for a management-level Risk and Compliance Committee, and partner closely with Legal, Sales, Partnerships, Finance, HR, Internal Audit, Information Security, Public Policy, Sustainability, and senior business leaders across Snap. In this role, reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, you will lead Snap's global Integrity & Compliance program and oversee the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of the company's compliance framework across business conduct, enterprise compliance, controls and assurance, investigations, awareness and culture, sustainability-related compliance processes, and other key risk areas.
