Lead the continuous development, implementation, and enhancement of Wynn Resorts' integrated Crisis Management and Resilience Program, ensuring frameworks, plans, procedures, and governance processes align with industry best practices and support organizational preparedness, continuity, response, recovery, and resilience objectives. The role ensures the organization maintains a high state of readiness through the delivery of actionable intelligence, coordinated response frameworks, resilience initiatives, training, and exercises designed to strengthen the organization's ability to anticipate, withstand, respond to, and recover from disruptive events.
