Candidates should also have experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn DBHDS, DMAS, DSS, and Medicaid waiver regulations, strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, and a commitment to person-centered, trauma-informed, and inclusive practices. Additionally, you will support strong program outcomes through quality assurance and continuous improvement, manage operational and budgetary responsibilities for assigned programs, build strong relationships with families, participants, and community partners, and promote a culture of dignity, inclusion, accountability, and teamwork.
