D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related, education must have major field of study in accounting, business administration, business or commercial law, commerce, economics, engineering, finance, industrial management, statistics, traffic management, transportation, motor mechanics, nautical science, marine affairs, marine engineering, marine transportation, or other fields related to the position. Thorough knowledge of the functions, processes, and principles of management as they apply to aircraft operations, aircraft scheduling and documentation, and the efficient use of personnel and resources in order to effectively and efficiently allocate Fairchild AFB KC-135 R/T assets to Tanker Airlift Control Center and local training taskings.
