Oversee the installation, maintenance, repair, testing, and upgrade of all surveillance technology systems and equipment, including cameras, monitors, digital recording systems, encoders, video management platforms, servers, storage arrays, network switches, alarms, workstations, wiring infrastructure, technical centers, and remote surveillance locations. The Surveillance Technical Manager leads a team of technicians, manages technology projects, coordinates with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and ensures the surveillance infrastructure operates at the highest level of reliability and efficiency.
