The Program Coordinator, Experienced Quality Improvement (HEDIS) will report to the Senior Manager, Medi-Cal Quality Improvement and play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of mobile Well Child and Mammogram Clinics at Community Resource Centers (CRCs), provider sites, and community-based locations. In this role, you will coordinate day-to-day operations related to clinic implementation, scheduling logistics, and performance tracking to help improve preventive care measures, including Well Child Visits, and Breast Cancer Screening.
