Two years of job-related experience with two year's experience in tax administration, performing detailed technical work, data processing, technical troubleshooting support role, application support, experience working with external clients and providing support for online applications, and documenting requirements for online or desktop software. The Information Management and Collections Division serves Montana citizens and businesses through processing tax returns, refunds, and payments timely and accurately, integrating improved technology to enhance the user experience, increasing electronic filing, resolving overdue debt, and collecting other state debt.
