Reporting to the Head of Workforce Mobilization, this role partners across Functional Areas, Workforce Planning, Workforce Integration, Talent Acquisition, Volunteer Programs, Communications, and Readiness teams to ensure workforce populations are informed, engaged, prepared, and operationally ready at every stage of the workforce lifecycle. The Workforce Mobilization Manager drives assigned mobilization programs and workforce readiness workstreams, translating workforce strategies into actionable plans that support employee experience, workforce movement, organizational readiness, and Games-time deployment.
