Plan, implement, review and evaluate the diverse systemwide programming at MCPL for adults and seniors, including workshops, workforce programming, author talks, musical performances, lectures on various topics, makerspace programs, book discussions, conversation clubs, reading and writing programs, intergenerational programs, and programming on cultural, educational, music, health and wellness, crafts, celebrations of women's and black history months, and other topics. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: The primary purpose of the position is to manage systemwide programming (for adults and seniors) and special events, lead program management responsibilities for a number of MCPL initiatives, initiate and strengthen relationships with Federal, State, County and non-profit and private sector organizations and strengthen the professional development of MCPL staff.
