The Program Manager, Educator Preparation is responsible for the management, implementation, compliance, marketing, instructor oversight, and overall operation of assigned educator preparation programs, including K-12 Subject Matter Specific, Career and Technical Education (CTE), Preschool through Grade 3 (P-3), Elementary Education (K-6), educator apprenticeship programs, pre-apprenticeship initiatives, professional development programs, and related educator workforce development activities. The position directly manages instructors, oversees program implementation, and works collaboratively with school districts, workforce partners, and College departments to support educator workforce development initiatives.
