The role is responsible for developing and implementing systems that track, engage, and support alumni from graduation through age 25, with a focus on improving college persistence, credential attainment, career readiness, workforce participation, and long-term economic mobility. Minimum of 3 years of experience in college access, alumni support, student success, counseling, workforce development, higher education, nonprofit management, or a related field.
